Rocalla is a new project where we combine the experience of a family with more than 60 years in the world of hospitality in its various aspects with a clear idea of the kitchen model, service and quality that it wants to offer.

Our Kitchen
Our philosophy is clear, to devote ourselves to a traditional cuisine updated with the techniques and
current knowledge.
Our young but experienced kitchen team led by Jorge Parra, will make us savor the rice dishes of the accredited Molino-Roca brand and the pleasures of the embers in our Josper, where we can taste the Meats displayed in our maturing refrigerator, the fish from the day or seasonal vegetables.
